This feels like a bit of classical Gallifreyan poetry. I wouldn't write anything quite so melancholy were I writing in a different style, I think.

Don't think this is long enough to have a name that's shorter than the whole contents. And the whole contents would probably not display well in a webpage's title field. So, leaving it unnamed.

I definitely borrowed the rhythm from somewhere, though.
